Aluminum swivel assembly with a stainless steel swivel ring and stainless carabiner clip ring. This swivel fits on 7/8" & 1" round bar or tubing and is sold as a pair. The swivel ring has glide washers on the top and bottom and a rubber grommet where the carabiner connect. This kit has a total of two swivel assemblies and an allen wrench.
