Aluminum silent swivel assembly with a stainless steel swivel ring and stainless carabiner clip ring.  This swivel fits on 1/2" round bar or tubing and is sold as a pair.  These swivels will slide on the burgee rail mount flag poles.  The swivel ring has glide washers on the top and bottom and a rubber grommet where the carabiner connect.
